私は6月10日にebayで”(商品名)”を購入した”nikuq009”です。
購入した商品ですが、最近外部アンプへの接続を行いました。しかし、プリアンプ（fishman）のラインアウト端子に接続しても電源が入らず、外部アンプへ出力できません。
このプリアンプは故障しているのでしょうか？
確認の為このプリアンプの取扱説明書を送ってくれませんか？

My ID on eBay is "nikuq009" and I purchased "(product name)" from you on June 10.
I am contacting you regarding the product I purchased. I recently connected it to an external amplifier. However, even when I connected it to the pre-amplifier's line-out connector (pre-amp: Fishman), its power did not turn on, and output towards an external amplifier was impossible to achieve.
Is this pre-amp broken ?
Could you please send me the instruction manual for this pre-amp so I can check it ?
