Thank you for your contact. I am glad the set arrived and the face plate was undamaged. I think that you have the level set way too high on that circuit, and I would suggest lowering it all the way, engage the circuit and gently raise the level. The preamp, left here exactly as the ad described it. I also insured the shipment, which I did at no cost to you....so there is full insurance available from the postal service if it arrived in a damaged condition.

ご連絡ありがとうございます。商品が無事到着し、フェイスプレートも損傷無い状態で届いたようで安心しました。問題のサーキットですが、お客様のレベル設定がやや高い気がしますので、まずは一番下まで下ろして頂き、その後サーキットに接続し、レベルを少しずつ上げていってみてください。プリアンプですが、こちらは商品説明のとおりそのままの状態です。また私負担で荷物に保険をかけておきましたので、もし損傷した状態で届いた場合には郵便局を通して保険が適用されます。
上記の方法で問題が解決できたかどうかぜひお知らせください。
