マッキントッシュプリアンプの件です。先日まで出張のため、昨日、本日と届きましたプリアンプを確認しました。

アンプをONにすると、大きめの”ブーン”とハムノイズが出ているだけで音が全く出ません。特に、商品説明には記載はありませんでした。

また、”COMPANDOR　RATIO”をONにすると、ブーンとかなりおおきなノイズが出ます。
商品説明に記載はありませんでした。

非常に困っております。修理をしなければ使用できません。
一部ご返金の対応をお願いしたいです。

Regarding McIntosh preamplifier. I finally had a chance to check the preamplifier yesterday (and today), since I was on a business trip.

When I turn on the preamplifier, I can hear no sound at all except a loud buzz, which is a hum noise.
There was no particular notice on the instruction.

When I turn on the ”COMPANDOR　RATIO”, the buzz noise gets quite loud.
There was no particular notice on the instruction.

I am in trouble and need your assistance.
I can’t use it unless it gets repaired.
I would like to ask for a partial refund.
