言語の壁がなく国内にいるよりも海外の方が環境が良いとなれば、インドの若者にとって外に向かうことは”普通”なのである。これはつまり、日本の若者が外に出ない(と言われている)理由にそのまま当てはまる。「外に出ると自由に意思疎通ができず、今より環境が悪くなる」。そんな状況になると、外を向かない人が多くなることも納得である。
“燃え尽き症候群”
若者の考えることは、そのときの周りの環境によって変わるだけなのかもしれない。
日本人も、インド人も変わらない。

Considering there is no language barrier, and going overseas places them in a better environment, it is "normal" for young Indians to face outwards. In other words, this hits right on the (so-called) reason young people from Japan do not leave. "If I leave, I cannot communicate freely, and the environment is worse there than it is here." When you consider it that way, it is not surprising that more people do not face outwards.
