Your remaining balance will not be charged to the card UNTIL 21 days prior to your surgery date which will be July 13,2012. Only deposit of $1,800 will be charged the day of the scheduling.

手術日とグラフトの本数が決まったら、最初の前金と残金の支払いに利用するクレジットカードの番号をお知らせ下さい。

残金は手術日の３週間前、つまり7月13日までは請求しません。前金の$1800だけが、日程の調整を行う日に請求されます。
