先日、こちらの商品の返品手続きをしましたが、
2点質問が有ります。

返品商品の箱は処分して手元に有りません。
商品だけを返送しても、返金してもらえますか？

また、返品期間が7月5日との事ですが、
この商品は日本から発送します。

配送業者は日曜が休みで、
最短で2日の月曜発送になります。

日本からアメリカに商品を送る場合は、
3日での到着は難しいと思います。

この場合でも
5日に到着しなかった場合は
返品は受け付けてもらえないですか？

A few days ago, I went through the refund procedures for the item, but I have two questions.

I have already discarded the packaging box of the item. Can I still get a refund if I just return the item?

Also, the dateline for the returning is by 5th July, but this item will be sent from Japan.

The courier service rest on Sundays, and thus the earliest that the item can be shipped out would be Monday, 2 days later.

For shipping the item from Japan to America, I'd think it would be difficult for it to arrive in 3 days.

In this case, if it does not reach you by the 5th, can it be still accepted as a refund item?
