私は転送会社と契約をし荷受け出荷業務を委託しています。いつまでも荷物が届かないので転送会社に問い合わせ荷物の受取があったか確認しましたが無いとの事です。また郵便局に電話で問い合わせたところ荷送人では無いとの事で取り合ってもらえませんでした。米国に住む友人に郵便局に行ってもらおうとしたところ友人は入院しており頼める状態にありません。荷物が始めに私の指定した住所に再配達できればいいのですが、荷物が見つからない場合は送料を含めた購入金額の合計を返金して頂くようお願い申し上げます。

I have an agreement with a forwarding company to forward my shipments. The package was never sent to me, so I checked with the forwarding company if they had received the package, and they informed me that they had not. I was going to ask a friend who lives in the US to help me go to the post office, but he was hospitalized and can't help me.
