私は6月12日にAAAにて、靴を3足購入したものです。その時、スタッフの女性が、とても親切に対応して頂き、ありがとうございました。また、一昨日は電話で、お互いの言葉が通じにくいのにも関わらず、男性スタッフの方にも親切に対応して頂いたことにも大変感謝しています。

私の足はひどい外反母趾であるにもかかわらず、件の親切な女性スタッフが採寸してくれたおかげで、今回購入した靴は3足共全て、靴幅はぴったりで、これ以上ない最高の履き心地です。

On 12 June, I bought 3 pairs of shoes from AAA. I would like to thank a female staff member for her excellent service. Also, I would like to thank a male staff for his help the day before yesterday. We spoke on the phone, and despite our difficulties in communication, he provided me with very good service.

I have severe bunions on my feet, but the female staff took my measurements carefully, and helped me find 3 pairs of shoes which fit me perfectly. I have never worn such comfortable shoes before. My sincere thanks to her.
