もう少し洗練された語彙もありますが、全体のバランスを考えると上記の修正ぐらいで良いと思います。
特にI will pay～の文は、修正前の状態では意味がわからないです。
これは、
1. 動詞の時制がバラバラ　
2. 1つの文章に2つの主語と3つの動詞がある
という2つの原因によるものです。
原則は1つの文章には主語が1つです。それ以上の場合は、文節の接続という考え方になりますので、カンマや関係代名詞でつなぐようにします。
