There was a japanese man who went to America for sightseeing. On the last day,he hailed a cab and told the driver to drive to the airport.During the journey ,a Honda drove past the taxi.Thereupon,the man leaned out of the window excitedly and yelled,"Honda,very fast!Made in Japan!"After a while,a Toyota sped past the taxi.Again,the Japanese man leaned out of the window and yelled,"Toyota,very fast! Made in Japan!"And then a Mitsubishi sped past the taxi.

アメリカに観光に行った日本人がいた。観光最終日に、彼はタクシーをつかまえ、運転手に空港まで行くように言った。空港までの旅の間、ホンダ車がタクシーのそばを通り過ぎた。直後、彼は興奮した様子で車の窓へ体を乗り出し、「ホンダだ、なんて速いんだ！さすが日本製だ！」と叫んだ。しばらく後にトヨタ車がタクシーのそばを駆け抜けていった。その日本人は再び窓から身を乗り出し、「トヨタだ、すごく速いぞ！さすが日本製だ！」と声高に叫んだ。そしてその後には三菱車がタクシーを追い抜いて行った。
