時計の大理石が完全に割れてしまっており、
おそらく梱包の強度に原因があると思います。

出品文では非常に綺麗な状態であると記述されており
評価も高かったので、あなたから購入したのですが残念です。

アンティークとは言え、出品文の記載と著しく異なり
完全に壊れてしまっていますので、全額の返金を要求いたします。

I received the items the other day but the watch's marble is completely cracked and I'm afraid it's because of the way it was packaged.

In the description it said that it was in extremely pristine condition and highly-valued, but I'm disappointed even though I bought from you.

It may be an antique, but since it's completely different than the description and totally broken I am requesting a full refund.
