今私の荷物51652705 / 0.00 lbsが日本を通関できずに困っています。
ＤＨＬいわくアクセスＵＳは日本の関税を通関できない状態になっていると聞きました
つまりはアクセスＵＳ自体がブラックリストとして名前はあがっているとのことです。
アクセスＵＳまたはＭＹＵＳは今後使わい方が良いとまで言われてしまいました。
私はＭＹＵＳを実際使っていて便利なのでこれから使いたいとは思うのですが
かなり不安を感じています。
荷物が関税を通過できない場合どのように対応してくださいますか？

I have trouble. My package, 51652705 / 0.00 lbs, is stopped by the customs in Japan.
DHL said that ACCESS US was denied to enter Japan.
That means that ACESS US herself is on a blacklist.
Also they advised that we should not use ACCESS US nor MYUS.
I myself like to use MYUS because it is handy to use and like to continue using it.
But I am worried about that.
If the packages are stopped by the customs, how do you handle such problem?
