ABProには「自分が一番会場を驚かせ，楽しませることができる」と考え参加する発表者と，ここで行われる発表を純粋に楽しみにし，あわよくば自分も会場を驚かしたいと願う者が数多く参加する．この会場での発表に触れ，そこからアイディアや技術を得ることはもちろん，なによりもこの会場のエネルギーを受け，以降の研究活動のモチベーションにつなげることこそがABProの効果であり，目的である．
ABProでの発表が，その後の研究活動に与えた影響の実例をいくつか取り上げる．

At ABPro, presenters think that they can best make the hall excited and make people enjoy. Other participants want to purely enjoy the presentations here.
