It is extremely important that you not only make your purchase from a Bose authorized dealer, but also, that your receipt reflects the Bose minimum announced retail price. If you ever have a warranty issue Bose will require you to provide an original proof of purchase reflecting their set minimum announced retail price confirming the original purchase was legitimate.
