仕事の都合で返事が遅れてしまい申し訳ありません。昨日陶器を確認したましたが、３枚の葉っぱの欠けを見つけました。欠けた葉っぱはどこにもありませんので、これは輸送中の破損ではなく、元々このようになっていたと思います。あなたは欠けはないと言いました。とても残念です。この陶器を返品したいと考えています。もしくは割引という形で一部返金をしていただく事は可能でしょうか？

Sorry for my late reply, I has been out for my business. I checked the figurine yesterday, and found that three leaves were cracked. As there was no cracked leaves in the package, it is supposed that it was cracked before shipping, not during the shipping. But you said that it had no crack. It is very regretful. I want to return this figurine. Otherwise, can you give me a discount as partial refund?
