いろいろ対応してくれてありがとうございます。
カタログを見る限りビスは２本入っていたようです。
添付写真のように剥がれたプラ部分から落ちたのだと思います。
梱包の中をよく探しましたが見当たりませんでした。
本体部分は問題ないので、御社に在庫が無ければこちらで何とかします。

もう一点、前回も購入した#0000に関しまして。
届いた５点の中には品番は同じですがHPの商品写真にはあるスピーカーが無いものがありました。
もし可能であれば今回の注文分はスピーカー付属の商品を発送願います。

As far as I can see from the catalogue, there were 2 screws included.
As you can see from the attached picture, they seem to have come off from the plastic area.
I looked carefully through the packaging but I could not find them.
There were no problems with the main body, so if you do not have any more screws in stock then I will just have to manage somehow by myself.

Also, I have another query about item #0000 which I purchased last time.
The 5 items that I received have the same product number, however, on your home page I saw some pictures of products that had no speakers.
If possible, I would like the items in this current order to be sent with the speakers.
