その際、商品の外箱がひどくダメージを受けていました。
したがって商品を送る際に、商品を箱から出して、その箱は畳んだ状態で、商品と一緒に梱包してほしいと思います。

I bought the same item from a different seller in the past.
On that occasion, the item's outer box had been terribly damaged.
So to avoid this I'd really appreciate it if you could take the item out of its box, fold the box down, and then include them both in the package when you ship them to me.
