第12条（本サービスの一時中断）

当社は、以下のいずれかの事由が生じた場合には、ユーザに事前に通知することなく、一時的に本サービスを中断することがあります。これに起因するユーザまたは第三者が被った損害について、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

（1）本サービス提供用のシステムの保守、点検、修理等を行う場合。

（2）火災、停電等により本サービスの提供ができなくなった場合。

（3）災害により本サービスの提供ができなくなった場合。

（4）その他、運用上または技術上、当社が本サービスの一時的な中断が必要と判断した場合。

第13条（本サービスの変更）

当社は、ユーザの了承の有無にかかわらず本サービスの全部または一部を利用停止またはアクセス制限し、また本サービスの内容を変更することがあります。これに起因するユーザまたは第三者が被った損害について、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

Article 12（Stop the usage of this service temporarily）

Our company can stop the usage of this service temporarily without any notice to users beforehand in case that the things below happen.

We are not responsible for any losses which users or the third person took accordingly.

（1）in case we maintain, check or fix the systems to provide this service

（2）in case we can’t provide this service because of fires or lights-out

（3）in case we can’t provide this service because of disasters

（4）in case we conclude that it is necessary to stop this service temporarily because of some operational or technical matters.

Our company can stop all this service or part of it, restrict accesses and change the contents of the service without any permission from users
