第9条（設備等自己責任）

1．本サービスを利用するために必要な通信機器、コンピュータ、ソフトウェア、その他これらに付随して必要となる全ての機器は、ユーザが自己の責任と費用において準備し、本サービスを利用可能な状態に置くものとします。また同様に、ユーザは自己の責任と費用により本サービスを利用するために必要となる通信環境を整え、任意の電気通信サービスを経由して本サービスに接続するものとします。

2．ユーザは、自己の責任と費用において、自己の利用環境に応じたセキュリティ対策（コンピュータウィルスの感染、不正アクセス及び情報漏洩の防止等）を講じるものとします。

第10条（禁止事項）

ユーザ及びアカウント登録者は、本規約の他の条項及び当社が別途定める諸規程で禁止した行為のほか、本サービスに関して以下の行為を行わないものとします。

（1）個人情報の漏洩・プライバシー侵害。

（2）違法行為・犯罪行為・自殺等の自損行為を誘発・助長する表現や言動。

（3）誹謗中傷やわいせつな内容など他人に嫌悪感を与える表現や言動。

Article 9（self-responsibility for equipment　etc.）

1．Users have to prepare all the equipments necessary to use this service such as computers, software or any other peripheral devices with their own expense and responsibilities. 2． Users have to build some security systems（against the infection of computer virus, illegal access, or leak of information） which are suitable for your environment respectively with their own responsibility and expense.

Users or account registrants are not allowed to do any activities below toward this service beside ones banned by this contract and other rules we set separately.

（1）leak of personal information, invasion of privacy

（2）expressions or acts which could cause or encourage other violated acts, criminal acts, own-injury acts such as suicides.

（3）expressions or acts which make people feel repulsive such as mental abuse or indecent acts
