第14条（本サービスの終了）
当社は、本サービスの全部又は一部を終了することができるものとします。万一当該終了によってユーザが何らかの損害を被ったとしても、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
第15条（紛争の解決）
本規約の条項の解釈、または本サービスの利用等に関連して疑義などが生じた場合、さらに本規約に定めのない事項について疑義などが生じた場合、当社とユーザは、双方誠意をもって協議し、円満に解決するものとします。
第16条（準拠法、合意管轄裁判所）
本規約は、日本法に準拠して解釈されるものとします。本サービス利用に関し紛争が生じた際には、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 15（Conflict resolution）
If there is any dispute happening related to the interpretation of this contract’s articles, usage of this service and articles not difined in this contract, our company and users are talking together with sincerity and solving the problem peacefully.
Article 16（governing laws, agreement jurisdictional courts）
This contract is interpreted according to Japanese laws. If there is any conflict happened, we are regarding Tokyo District Court as agreement jurisdictional court especially for first trials.
