ok I called ebay today and talked to a represenative there and the lady i spoke with told me the item was described as vintage which means old. Also explained to her about the whole thing about it listing as being new she said because i listed it on my phone which i desribed to you in previous messages theirs limited ways to describe an item. So she said their is no reason for a refund the item is a collecters item not to be played with. Also I had in the description message me with any qeustions so there was many describtions in the listing and you could have asked what ever you wanted before you bid .

今日、ebayに電話し責任者と話しました。彼女が言うには商品はヴィンテージ、つまり新品ではない、と記載されたいたとの事です。状況を説明しましたが、彼女は私が電話で掲載したが、電話での掲載には商品の説明には限りがあるとの事でした。彼女はコレクター商品になるので返金は出来ないとの事。私も商品に質問があれば聞いて欲しいと書いているし、説明を見れば応札する前に確認したい事は出来たはずです。
