The item I bought at your store (on May 1, 2012) was stopped because the forwarding company refused to accept it.

According to the forwarding company there was a problem with the item and so it was denied.

In order to look into that reason they said they need the shipper's address, so please tell me it.

Also didn't it come back to you if the product was returned?
