４月２６日にこちらのサイトで望遠鏡を購入しました。
本日動作確認をしたのですが、ダブルスタック・モジュールを外してシングルで見ると画面全体が赤くハレーションを起こした状態でした。プロミネンスは良く見えるのですが、表面の模様が大変薄く確認し難い感じでした。赤カブリがすごい状態なので何処かに不具合があるのではと思われます。ハレーションを完全に視野外に追い出すことが出来ません。
何か対処方法はありますでしょうか？

I have purchased telescope from your website.
When I checked the function today, red halation occurred in entire display with single, removing double stuck module. I can see prominence well, but the surface patter was very vague and hard to distinguish. I am assuming that it could be some sort of defect since red fog is way too much. I cannot eliminate the halation completely out of sight. Do you have any suggestion?
