４月２６日にこちらのサイトで望遠鏡を購入しました。
本日動作確認をしたのですが、ダブルスタック・モジュールを外してシングルで見ると画面全体が赤くハレーションを起こした状態でした。プロミネンスは良く見えるのですが、表面の模様が大変薄く確認し難い感じでした。赤カブリがすごい状態なので何処かに不具合があるのではと思われます。ハレーションを完全に視野外に追い出すことが出来ません。
何か対処方法はありますでしょうか？

I bought a telescope at your site on Apr 26. And I checked out today.

I could confirm after I took out a double stack module from it and looked at the sun just through a telescope. But, it caused red halation on a whole image.

I could see a prominence clearly, but it's difficult to see the sun's surface, becauce the pattern of the surfice is too weak.

And there's much red tint. So, I think there is something wrong with it.

I couldn't expel halation completely.

Is there a way of dealing with it?
