４月２６日にこちらのサイトで望遠鏡を購入しました。
本日動作確認をしたのですが、ダブルスタック・モジュールを外してシングルで見ると画面全体が赤くハレーションを起こした状態でした。プロミネンスは良く見えるのですが、表面の模様が大変薄く確認し難い感じでした。赤カブリがすごい状態なので何処かに不具合があるのではと思われます。ハレーションを完全に視野外に追い出すことが出来ません。
何か対処方法はありますでしょうか？

I bought a telescope on this site on April 26th.
I checked its operations today but when I took off the double stack module and looked through the single there was a red halo-effect around the entire screen. I can see the solar prominence well, but I very weakly checked the surface pattern and it felt hard. The red fog was so strong I think there must be a defect somewhere. I cannot expel the halo-effect completely from my field of vision.
Do you have any solutions to this?
