実際商品はあなたの手元に戻っているのにもかかわらず4割返金は送料まで負担して返品したのに割に合いません。また万が一壊れてなかったとしても商品が私の手元にあるのならまだしも、全く問題ない商品があなたに返品されているのに全額返金してもらえないのでは納得できません。全額返金を要求します。

Even though the items have been returned to you, it is not worth it that 40% of the refund was charged to shipping the item back. And even if it hadn't been broken, I cannot comprehend that you would not give a full refund for a returned product that had been in perfect condition. I demand a full refund.
