本日、税関より連絡があり、商品が偽物であるとの指摘を受けました。
つきましては、購入代金の全額返金をお願いします。
商品自体は税関で破棄されることになりましたので、返品出来ません。
なお、48時間以内に返信がない場合、全額返金がなされない場合は、paypalを通じて返金を申し出ることにします。
すぐに返信して下さい。

I cannot return the product itself because it is done away with at the customs.
