この度の規約違反について、出品再開を要請いたします。
以下が改善計画です。

1.原因
いつも利用していたメールアドレスを変更したことにより、
Amazonアカウントが2つになってしまっていたのですが
問題があるとは思わずそのまま利用していました。

私は2つあるアカウントのうち1つでセラーアカウントを作成しましたが、
そもそも同じ人物が複数のアカウントを所持することに問題があり
現在はそれがポリシー違反であることを認識済みです。

In regard with breaking an agreement, I'd make a bid for restarting the entry.
The following is the remediation plan.
1. Cause
After changing the favorite e-mail address, I got 2 Amazon's accounts at the same time, but I kept using both of them without any doubts.
I made a seller-account with one of those accounts, but root cause of this problem lied in the fact that the same person held accounts more than one. Now I have already recognized that it was against the policy.
