The GSLT reviewed the progress of the Presense and Lantern programs.
Presense is the Mars name given to the global roll out of the Quofore account management tool. The tool has had an excellent start up in the first market to go live - Canada, and is now going live in Mexico. The learnings from these implementations are being built into future rollouts to ensure subsequent markets benefit. Special attention is now being given to the reporting elements of the tool.
Latern is the name given to the SAP CRM tool. Following a robust selection process, this tool has been identified as best for current and future needs in Mars. Discussions are currently taking place with Mars IS relating to funding of the program.

Presenseは、QuoforeのアカウントマネジメントツールのグローバルロールアウトにおいてつけられたMarsの名称である。このツールは、初めて実行化された地カナダで良いスタートをきり、その後メキシコでの実行に向けて突き進んでいる。これらの導入から得たことは、将来的なロールアウトに適応され、以後市場における有益性を確かなものにしていく。現在では、ツールのレポート要素に最大の焦点が置かれている。
