　また入力履歴から問診PDFを作成して指定されたメールアドレスに送信も可能で、印刷を容易に行うことができます。

Health Life Passport
Health Life Passport is available for use in various areas , not only in Japan. This is the medical interview system which helps each patient to choose their primary (mother) language and sencondary (for translation) language and have a medical interview in many foreign languages. Also with based on that Health Life Passport can clearly specify to doctors information such as symptoms, past medical history, and with or without taking medicine for each patient. Also it can send e-mails to designated e-mail address give by making an inquiry PDF from input history, and makes it easier to print out.
