次の来日ですが、以前ご相談していたように彼女単独での来日でも可能でしょうか？予算の都合上申し訳ないです。時期的には単行本発売後、８月のなるべく早いタイミングがベストです。４日に到着、９日に帰国とかはどうでしょう？今回も費用は全部こちらが負担しますが、航空券の手配はどうしますか？こちらで手配も可能なので遠慮なく。そちらで手配の際は行程と金額も予め教えてください。次は東京以外に大阪等の地方都市にも行って、取材をやろうかと思っています。また、前回の航空券の請求書も送ってください。

Is it possible for her to come alone to Japan next time as we discussed before? I am sorry we don't seem to afford more than one person due to our tight budget. The best time for her visit would be sometime early August after the paper back is published. How about from the 4th to the 9th? We are going to pay for all the expenses incurred for her visit but would she like to arrange her flights herself? Please let us know the air fare and the itinerary beforehand in that case. We can do if you want us to do so.
I am thinking to go to the local cities besides Tokyo such as Osaka to cover stories.
Also please send me the bill for the previous flights.
