不足している商品はトラッキング№□□で、既に届いていますので問題ありません。
発送指示ができる状態にしていただけますでしょうか。

I can't issue the instruction of sending for the parcel with tracking №△△ because they said the number of items was not the same as it mentioned. For the shortage of the items, it has been send with the tracking №□□ and has already arrived, so there is no problem.
