この度イヤホンを購入させていただきました○○と申します。
さっそく商品のイヤホンを使って試聴してみたところ
右側のイヤホンから音が出ませんでした。
iPhone、iPod touch、MacBookAirと、色々なもので試しましたが、
いずれも右側だけ音がでませんでした。
新品を購入させて頂きましたが、どうなっていますでしょうか？
商品を送り返すので、新しい商品を送ってください。
着払いで返送予定です（FeｄEx)。送り先の住所を教えて下さい。

I used them, but right earphone is not working.
I tried them on iPhone, iPot touch, MacBookAir, and so on.
Then right earphone didn't work with any of those either.
I purchased a brand new product, so I wonder what is wrong with them.
