この度イヤホンを購入させていただきました○○と申します。
さっそく商品のイヤホンを使って試聴してみたところ
右側のイヤホンから音が出ませんでした。
iPhone、iPod touch、MacBookAirと、色々なもので試しましたが、
いずれも右側だけ音がでませんでした。
新品を購入させて頂きましたが、どうなっていますでしょうか？
商品を送り返すので、新しい商品を送ってください。
着払いで返送予定です（FeｄEx)。送り先の住所を教えて下さい。

After I received this item, I tried it and found that I can't hear any sound from the right side earphone.
I tried with iPhone, iPod touch, MacBookAir, etc. But I can't hear any sound only from the right side earphone.
I bought a brand new item.
I will return this item. Please send me a new one.
