この度イヤホンを購入させていただきました○○と申します。
さっそく商品のイヤホンを使って試聴してみたところ
右側のイヤホンから音が出ませんでした。
iPhone、iPod touch、MacBookAirと、色々なもので試しましたが、
いずれも右側だけ音がでませんでした。
新品を購入させて頂きましたが、どうなっていますでしょうか？
商品を送り返すので、新しい商品を送ってください。
