ご連絡が遅くなってしまい、すみません。

保険の事ですが、郵便事業株式会社（EMS）に連絡したのですが、
受取人からの連絡では損害賠償金は送料の実費である171.75ドルと、
20000円（約240ドル）までしか支払えないとの事です。

保険を掛けて頂いていたようですが、
商品代を全額賠償してもらう為には差出人の方が連絡する必要があるそうです。

受取人には権利が無いと言うことですのでどうすることも出来ません。

商品代317ドルと送料200ドルの合わせて517ドルお支払い

As for the insurance, I was told that if they are contacted by the recipient only the actual shipping cost, $171.15 would be insured and they could pay not more than 20,000 yen (about$240).

I appreciate you for insuring my goods but I think the sender should contact them for full insurance.

I can't do anything about this because the recipient has no right.
