Going into space may be a dream out of reach for us mere mortals, but here’s the next best thing: You can develop an app using data sets from NASA.
The International Space Apps Challenge will be held in Jakerta, Indonesia from 21st to 22nd April to attract developers to collaborate together and create app using thousands of publicly available data sets.
The aim of the hackathon is to “accelerate the development of solutions focused on building innovative solutions to solve critical issues on our planet.”

インドネシアJakertaで4月21日と22日に開催されるThe International Space Apps Challengeが、大量の公開されたデータセットを用いるアプリケーションを共同開発する開発者を呼び寄せている。
このハカソンの目的は、「我々の惑星上の切実な問題を解くための革新的な解決策を作り上げることにフォーカスしたソリューション開発を加速する」ことである。
