We apologize for you not receiving the Jacket in order #122819588. This is certainly not indicative of the high level of service we strive to offer all of our customers. Unfortunately, we do not have a replacement available at this time for all of the items.
In order for us to track and identify the source of the problem, it would be very helpful if you would reply to this email and let us know if the shipping box was opened or appeared tampered with in any way, or if it looked normal upon its arrival to you.
Please email us back about the condition of the package as you received it and we'll see what we can do to have the refund be issued to you for the amount of this item that you were unable to receive.
