以前 彼女がコンファメーションとオーダー内容を確認して問題が無ければ、客先に転送しました。現在 お客さんにその作業を依頼しております。スキャンしたPDFなので商品の品番を抽出できずオーダー内容の確認に時間がかかるそうです。商品によってサイズ表記が違うのに全て同じサイズ表記で在庫確認したので間違えが生まれたのだと思います。彼がオーダーした商品だけの請求書を発行でお願い致します。今後はPDFの書類は、Excelに変更して客先に転送は可能でしょうか。
