以下の時間、空いてる会議室があれば予約を取っていただけないでしょうか。

また、今後も何度かフランスを尋ねる予定ですが、日本のメンバーは会議室は予約できないですよね？
いつもAlanさんにお願いするのは、申し訳ないと思っています。
