現状で把握できている故障個所はピックアップセレクターの故障と、ネックにヒビが入っていると修理業者から報告を受けました。
修理ができるかどうかはまだわからないようで、2週間ほど連絡を待つように言われております。
修理費用や、仕入れ代金を考えるとこれ以上のお値引きもできない状況です。
お客様をずっとお待たせしておくこともできませんので、今回の取引は一度キャンセルさせて頂きます。
こちらの都合で本当に申し訳ございませんが、ご理解頂きますようお願い致します。

We have a report from a repairer saying that they have found the fault to be in the pickup selector and the neck has cracked, as far as they know. They don't seem to know if they can fix it or not, I was told to wait a few weeks.
We will not be able to offer any further discounts considering the cost of repair and the purchase price.
Therefore, please allow me to cancel this order as we cannot cause you any further inconvenience.
