現状で把握できている故障個所はピックアップセレクターの故障と、ネックにヒビが入っていると修理業者から報告を受けました。
修理ができるかどうかはまだわからないようで、2週間ほど連絡を待つように言われております。
修理費用や、仕入れ代金を考えるとこれ以上のお値引きもできない状況です。
お客様をずっとお待たせしておくこともできませんので、今回の取引は一度キャンセルさせて頂きます。
こちらの都合で本当に申し訳ございませんが、ご理解頂きますようお願い致します。

I got a report from repair company that they have acknowledged the trouble of pickup selector and crack on the neck for now.
They told me to give any contact in two weeks not knowing if it's possible to repair them.
Considering fixing fee and the purchasing price, there is no way but to discount anymore.
I'm hesitate to say that we are once canceling the deal for now since we can't keep customers waited for long.
Terribly sorry for doing so because of us, but we appreciate for your understanding.
