返品についてpaypalからも何度も連絡しておりますが、一度も返信をいただいておりません。
届いた商品に欠陥があったのに、なぜ返送料を負担しなければいけないのでしょうか？
検品を行い発送するようにお願いしたはずです。こちらに落ち度はございません。
