英文自体が他の言語から訳されているのでしょうか、意味が取りにくく苦労された痕跡があります。ただ、日本語を読んだとき、読み手も何をどうしたらよいのか分かりません。返品の受け付けなのか、返品を考え直してほしいのかなど発信者の意図を、可能であれば依頼元に確認すること、無理なら訳文の心配な箇所にコメントを添えることをおすすめします。
