本件について弊社技術部と相談しておりますが、頂いたデータシートだけでは不完全なため、
現状ではお見積するのが難しいです。
そのため、貴社でお持ちの関連書類全てを送っていただきたいです。

また、添付いただいた中国サプライヤーのリストですが、中を見ると、韓国サプライヤーのリストのようです。
JPGファイルではなく、元のエクセルファイルを送ってください。

現在、弊社技術部の人手不足などもあり、業務多忙のためお見積にかなりお時間が掛かっています。
予めご容赦をお願いしたく存じます。

I am talking with our Engineering department about this matter.
It is difficult to make a quotation at this moment since the data sheet is not enough.
So, would you please send me all the relative documents your company have?

Also, regarding the attached list of Chinese suppliers, it seems to be that of Korean suppliers.
Would you please send me the original Excel file, not JPG file?

Now, it takes a lot of time to calculate the quotation due to pressure of business since our Engineering department has shortage of labor.
I would appreciate if you could wait a little more, in advance.
