①評価の大事なポイント
②自分って何がしたいの
③効果的なチームとは

[自分ってどんな人？]
矛盾するようないろんな自分が混在している
加えて今日の自分と明日の自分も違う
つまり、自分も親もわからない
よって、他人にわかるはずがない

[じゃあなぜ評価って必要？]
会社/事業はその人に投資をしている
その人が会社にいい影響を与えているかを判断したい
けど、「人」について評価することは無意味

３．What is an effective team?
（What kind of person am I？）
I am different people mixed together like an inconsistency.
In addition, today's me and tomorrow's me are different.
In other words, I don't know me nor my parents.
Therefore I don't expect other people to understand.

(So why is an assessment important?)
The company/work has invested in this person.
We want to say that this person gives good influence to the company.
But, the assessment has no meaning when it comes to "being a person"
