最近、Twitterのフォロワーさんがインナーチャイルドを癒やす瞑想（youtube）を教えてくれました。
それを観ながら瞑想すると少し気が楽です。
私のインナーチャイルドはズタボロなので、何回もやろうと思ってます。
そして昨日、偶然書店で守護霊関連の新刊を見つけて買いました。
守護霊さんとお話ししたくて必死だった昔を思い出しました。
私も何かスピ系の本を書いてみたいな。で、kindleで出すの。

Recently, one of the followers on Twitter taught me how to heal one's inner child through meditation on YouTube.
It makes me feel a bit better when I meditate while watching it.
I am planning to do it over and over as my inner child is broken into pieces.
Also, yesterday, I was at a book store and bought a new book on guardian spirits as I came across with it.
I would like to write a book on spiritual something, too. I then would like to publish it on kindle.
