Eとの正式な手順の合意は困難が予想されるため、BでCの協力を仰ぎつつテスト実施します。
その後他の業務にも拡大適用して手順の既成事実化を狙う。（表現には注意する必要がありますが）その後課題を洗い出しつつ手順正式化を進めます。
DにFが追記されることにより、GによるH設定業務の効率化も出来る可能性があります。
これらの改善をGも巻き込んで進めている、残課題は翌年度引き続き対応する、という方向でまとめたいと考えています。
