工場より材料調達コストが出てきましたので、キャンセル料のお見積書をお送り致します。

念のための確認ですが、キャンセルの対象はPO No.Bの200本になります。
PO No.Aの100本については、製作も進んでおりますので、
来週50本、来月50本予定通り出荷させていただきます。
キャンセルをするか、しないかのご検討をお願い致します。

1月出荷予定の100本ですが、分納で少しでも早くならないか工場に確認はしていますが、
分納にすることによって生じる現場の混乱を懸念しています。

The factory has released the materials procurement cost, so I'm sending the quotes for the cancellation fee.

Confirming just in case, the cancellation target is the 200 units of PO No.B.
Manufacture for PO No.A is already underway,
so we will be shipping 50 units next week then the remaining 50 next month just as scheduled.
Please consider whether you wish to cancel or not.

For the 100 units scheduled to be shipped on January, we checked with the factory to see if it's possible to make it faster by delivering in installments,
but they are worried that the installment delivery might cause confusion on site.
