If you can not ship to my mailbox, can you ship to my hotel in Tokyo or arrange for pickup at the local store in Jingumae?

I will be arriving to Tokyo in three weeks. I ordered the item in advance so I could pick it up myself when I gather my other packages.

I know the 250ml size is not often kept in stock in the stores, which is why ordered it in advance.

私のメールボックスへの発送ができない場合は、お手数ですが、東京のホテルへ発送、或いは神宮前の店舗での受け取りができるよう手配をお願いしてもよろしいでしょうか。
私は３週間後に東京へ到着する予定です。他にお願いしている商品と共に受け取れるよう、その商品についても事前に発注をしておきました。
250mlのサイズについて、普段在庫がないことを知っておりましたので、事前にお願いしておきました。
